Apparatus Sessions
Pilates training with apparatus ensures the participant a comprehensive, full body workout. The apparatus workout includes the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel which gives the participant more workout options and added resistance to enhance their workout. One does not need prior experience to train on Pilates apparatus.
We offer private and semi-private sessions that are scheduled by appointment.
We also have several time slots for group reformer classes (Intro to reformer training-6 weeks, Intermediate/advanced reformer - 8 weeks).
